As a Patelco customer myself, I’ve felt frustration with the complex look and feel of Patelco’s mobile app. Additionally, the app is hard to navigate.
Credit Unions are non-profits which likely lack the marketing budgets that banks have. But, per a recent study, mobile banking is more essential than ever. Because of this, it makes sense to use a mobile-first approach to create a new visual and interaction design.

Actions like deposit or transfer can happen from accounts view; before, user would have had to navigate back home
On Home screen, Transfer and Bill Pay have been combined with other actions, into "Move Money"

Made with InVision, this prototype shows a customer transferring money from a savings account to a checking account.
